Controlled disclosure at every stage
PAYMESE separates public discovery from private identity and deal terms. New document exchange is arranged outside PAYMESE. The controls below describe the platform process. Binding confidentiality duties are issued and accepted inside each deal room before an introduction.
Anonymous public teaser
Client-submitted public listings show only the approved title, summary, category, jurisdiction, currency and indicative value. Service offers show an anonymous scope, with a private quote coordinated by PAYMESE. Company names, contact details and private submission notes stay outside the public record.
Private qualification
Enquiries go to PAYMESE for review. The listing owner does not receive the requester’s identity merely because interest was submitted. PAYMESE can request authority, funding, capability, sanctions, conflict or other evidence before moving the enquiry forward.
Versioned agreement
Both parties see both fee obligations, the fee trigger, full commercial clauses, confidentiality text and contact-release permission. Each decision is stored against a content hash and exact version. Revised terms require new decisions from both parties.
Identity release
For a new introduction, PAYMESE requires current identity, business and authority checks, current account terms and two acceptances of the current deal version tied to the current company profiles. An admin then authorises contact release. A badge alone does not disclose contacts or approve a transaction.
Documents outside PAYMESE
There is no new customer-document upload facility. The parties arrange a secure exchange with their advisers or counterparties after the introduction and agree the purpose, recipients and retention. Files from earlier releases are not automatically deleted: their existing access restrictions, revocation and removal controls remain in force. Previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
