PAYMESE FEES

The right terms.
For your next move.

From company formation to a larger business acquisition, your fee should reflect the work involved. Start with a free enquiry. Know the scope, cost and payment terms before you commit.

Your enquiry stays with PAYMESE. Sending it does not commit you to a purchase or a fee.

BUY A BUSINESS

Start with your criteria.

Tell us your preferred markets, business type and budget. There is no automatic buyer introduction fee. A dedicated search or advisory assignment is quoted separately.

BUSINESS SALES & ACQUISITIONS

A fee that fits
the transaction.

A larger purchase price does not automatically mean the same percentage should apply to the whole amount. We agree the fee with the seller before the introduction, taking account of deal value, complexity and PAYMESE’s role.

Fixed or percentage-based

Agree a fixed success fee or a percentage of the defined transaction value. The terms show exactly what is included in that value and when payment becomes due.

Lower rates on higher value bands

For a larger transaction, we can agree a progressive schedule. Each rate applies only to the amount within its band, so crossing a threshold does not reprice the entire deal.

See the fee in money as well as the agreed rate, using your proposed transaction value.

The success fee is payable at completion under the agreed terms.

Fees on deferred or contingent consideration become due when that consideration is paid.

Buyer-side search or advisory work requires a separate agreed scope and fee.

COMPANY FORMATION & SPECIALIST SERVICES

One clear quote.
Know what is included.

A company formation package and a complex licensing project need different scopes. Your quote sets out the services, costs, payment stages and any recurring commitments before you decide.

Your service price

The quote explains the total payable, tax treatment and any government, regulator or other third-party charges. Where a cost cannot yet be fixed, we identify it before you commit. There is no automatic PAYMESE client surcharge or minimum introduction fee.

How PAYMESE is paid

We agree a commission with the provider or work with an agreed resale margin. Provider commission is based on the defined service revenue, excluding tax and pass-through government or third-party charges. Any separate work you ask us to do is quoted first.

Larger service projects are quoted around the work.

Project size alone does not turn a service into an acquisition. The deliverables, duration, payment stages and any ongoing support determine the proposal.

PERSONAL SEARCH & PROJECT SUPPORT

More support,
when you need it.

If you need a targeted search, preparation or specialist coordination, we agree the deliverables and price before starting. Any upfront payment and any credit against a later success fee are stated in that proposal.

Browsing, creating an account and submitting an initial enquiry are free.

A paid assignment starts only after you accept its scope and price.

You choose
when to proceed.

Review the opportunity and the terms that apply to you. Both sides accept the commercial and confidentiality terms before PAYMESE releases the introduction. Agreeing to an introduction does not oblige you to buy or sell.
