Why consider Czech Republic?
The Czech National Bank’s MiCA framework provides the starting point for a regulated crypto-service plan. The useful comparison is the proposed activity, local operating arrangements and existing permissions.
Crypto services
Review the MiCA authorisation and registered service scope. A legacy trade registration does not by itself establish that a company can currently provide EU crypto-asset services.
PSP, fiat and payment services
A crypto model that also moves customer fiat needs a separate payments analysis. Software delivery and regulated operation must have clear contractual roles.
Company formation and operations
For a technology business, assess company administration, employment and contracts. For a regulated acquisition, add permission, governance and liability diligence.
Tax, incentives and the full cost
Compare corporate and owner-level obligations, profit distributions and the location of the development or management team. Ask for an annual cost model, not just a formation quote.
Compare three figures: setup cost, the cost to operate for a year, and the tax outcome for both company and owner. Any incentive should state its eligibility conditions and be confirmed for your facts before it is included in a proposal.
Banking and provider fit
Confirm partner acceptance of the actual crypto or payment activity, expected corridors and beneficial owners before relying on account access.
